- The first contact is via social networks by private message.
- Any absences on my part for personal reasons will be notified to customers on social networks.Conditions
- Whether on the final work or on the screenshots showing the progress of the order
(WIP), you do not have the right to erase my signature or the watermark (Water
mark).
- You do not have permission to use the WIP I send you.
- With each public use of your order I will thank you for crediting me in order to bring me
the visibility necessary for my activity.
- You do not have permission to change (without my consent) or trace your order.
- I do not accept
deadlines/deadlines for orders.
- Please do not contact me every day to know the evolution of your order, I will contact
you by myself depending on the progress of the project.
- You are not authorized, whether for personal or professional purposes, to transpose the
work made as part of your order on any medium (shells, mouse pads, etc.) without my consent. In addition,
and more generally, you are not allowed to use the artwork made as part of your order
for the creation of goods.
- I retain all rights of exploitation of the works made as part of the orders for the purpose
of promoting my work.Order process
- You accept the terms and conditions described here.
- You will need to provide me with a complete and legible (not shaded) reference of
your character or several photos showing it from different angles as well as a
description of what you want.
- Explanatory sketches for the desired scenes or poses are welcome in order to achieve
your idea as faithfully as possible (Texts are also accepted but sketches remain
preferred).
- A quote will then be made and sent to you for validation. This will only be
valid for 1 month.
- Once validated on your side, you will be placed on my waiting list after payment.
- Upon receipt of the entire amount requested for your order and your turn arrived in
the waiting list, your order will be started.
- I would provide sketches according to the request sent by email, you can validate or
request up to 5 installation/composition changes. Beyond that, the changes will be billed to the customer. Furthermore, if I were to forget the details that were set out in
the original application or in our communications, the changes necessary to correct
these errors would obviously not be charged.
- After validation of the sketch by the customer, no changes will be accepted.
- You will be provided with screen captures showing Order Progress (WIP).
- The final file will be sent to you by email so as not to degrade the quality.Pricing
- The prices on my price list are base prices, they may increase depending on the
complexity of the order.Payment
- Payment only in Euro (€) and via PayPal.
- I accept payments several times (called split payments) only if the order exceeds
120€. Depending on the total amount of your order, I could offer to pay up to 4 times
the maximum. However, the order will only begin once the total amount has been received
and you will be required to pay for your order within a maximum period of time.
- In the event of exceeding deadlines for payment several times, no refund (even
partial) will be granted.Refunds
- If once the order is started, you wish to cancel your order, a partial refund will be
granted and will be calculated based on what has already been produced.
- I allow myself to cancel an existing order if the customer does not comply or violate
these conditions, in this case, no refund will be provided.
You will be reimbursed on the order of:
-> 100% if the order has not started yet
-> Between 70% and 50% after the sketch
-> Between 50% and 30% after inking
No refunds will be made after this stage.Special Rights and Conditions
- I allow myself to refuse any order without justification.
- I keep the copyright on the order.
- I do not accept minor customers for NSFW orders.
- I don’t do fan art (e.g.: Disney licenses, Pokemon, etc.) except if it's only references or cosplay for your character.
